Four opinions. One store. Here is how it started

Pawtique did not start with a business plan. It started with three dogs and a cat who had very strong opinions about everything I bought for them

I kept buying pet products that looked perfect online and disappointed the moment they arrived. Toys that fell apart in the first week. Car covers that did not fit properly. Grooming tools that frustrated everyone involved, especially the dog. I was spending money on things that were not actually solving real problems, and I knew every other pet owner was doing the same thing.

Meet the team

Mochi is the small Bichon who thinks he runs the place and honestly, we let him. He is a total extrovert who will bark at every stranger, every delivery person, and every dog he has ever seen in his life. He can play dead, do a full 180 flip, and perform every trick on command. He is also dangerously smart around food, which is how he once ate an entire KFC family meal by himself while we were out. We still do not know how he reached it.

Chloe is the princess of the household. Quiet, introverted, and very selective about who she gives her attention to. Her signature move is the handshake, which she offers only to people she has decided are worthy. She loves everyone except bath time, which she treats as a personal betrayal every single time.

Toby is the most disciplined one in the house, which is impressive considering who he lives with. He loves his treats, his playtime, and for reasons we have never fully understood, collecting tree branches on every single walk. He takes his job as chief car travel tester very seriously and personally approved everything in our travel section.

Molly is the British Shorthair who keeps the whole operation grounded. True to her breed she is calm, observant, and endlessly curious about everything in her environment. She will investigate every new product that arrives before anyone else gets a chance to. Her absolute favorite is the automatic head massager, which she discovered approximately four minutes after it arrived and has claimed as exclusively hers ever since. British Shorthairs are known for being independent and dignified, but Molly has a soft spot for a good head scratch and will explore every corner of the house just to make sure nothing interesting is happening without her.
