Before you begin

Barking can be triggered by excitement, boredom, fear, discomfort, territorial behavior or separation-related distress. Identify the likely cause first and reward the quiet behavior you want. This collar is a training aid—not a substitute for exercise, enrichment, veterinary care or qualified behavior support.

Fit and responsible use

• Use only during short, supervised training sessions.
• Fit the strap securely without restricting breathing; recheck the fit during each session.
• Start conservatively and stop immediately if your dog shows fear, freezing, avoidance, agitation or skin irritation.
• Check the neck and skin before and after use. Keep the strap and receiver clean and dry.
• Never attach a leash to this training collar. Use a separate walking collar or harness.
• Remove the collar between sessions and never leave it on an unattended dog.
• For persistent barking, sudden behavior changes, anxiety or suspected discomfort, consult a veterinarian or qualified reward-based behavior professional.
