A simple routine for loose-fur care.

The Pawtique CleanSweep™ Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush is a reusable grooming brush for dogs and cats. Its fine angled metal pins help lift loose fur from the coat, while the rounded bead tips and textured handle support a more controlled everyday brushing routine.

What's included?

Includes one manual slicker brush with its attached release plate.

What is a self-cleaning slicker brush?

A self-cleaning slicker brush uses a movable release plate around the pins. After brushing, press the rear button to slide the plate forward, lift collected fur away from the pin bed and remove the loosened hair by hand.

Rounded bead-tipped pins

The dense metal pins are angled to move through the outer coat and collect loose hair. Each pin ends in a small rounded bead. Use light pressure, follow the direction of hair growth and avoid the face, ears and any irritated or broken skin.

One-click hair release

When the brush is full, hold it over a bin and press the gray button on the back of the head. The connected front plate moves along the pins to lift the collected fur. Remove the loosened hair by hand; the plate stays attached to the brush.

Textured handle and hanging loop

The faceted charcoal-gray grip is shaped for a steady hold, and the built-in hanging loop keeps the brush within reach between grooming sessions.

Can it be used for both dogs and cats?

Yes. CleanSweep is designed for routine coat care on dogs and cats when a slicker-style brush is appropriate for the animal's coat. Introduce it gradually, check pressure against your own skin first and stop if your pet shows discomfort.

Is it suitable for every coat?

No single brush suits every coat. Use this manual slicker only when its metal pins are appropriate for your pet's coat. Rounded pin tips do not make heavy pressure or brushing irritated skin safe. If you are unsure about coat type or matting, ask a groomer before use.

How to use

  1. Start with a dry coat and check for knots, skin irritation or sensitive areas.
  2. Use short, gentle strokes in the direction of hair growth. For longer coats, work in small sections without pulling.
  3. Do not force the brush through tight mats; use a suitable detangling tool or ask a professional groomer for help.
  4. Press the rear button over a bin to lift the collected fur from the pin bed.
  5. Wipe the brush clean and allow it to dry fully before storage.

Care and safety

This is a grooming tool, not a chew toy. Supervise use, keep away from children and inspect the pins and release plate before each session. Discontinue use if the brush becomes bent, loose or damaged.
