I have an 8 week old miniature long-haired Dachshund puppy and was in need of an easy way to keep her close when she wanted snuggles but hands free so I could still do stuff. The first sling I bought was ok, and she took right to it, but it didn't quite feel safe for her (large opening, no closure). She's a tiny thing. Anyway, I wanted a second because puppy, so I went with this one. Plus, we'll be going out quite a bit with her, so I need something that looks nice (which this does), is sturdy (this is), and will keep her right where I need her to be when I need her (which this does). And again, puppy so it's never a bad idea to have two of something.As soon as it arrived, she wanted in it before I even finished unfolding it. She hopped right in and claimed it as her own. I like the snaps at the top to help keep her more secure and the pocket for my phone because I can never figure out where to put the thing. I did add a plastic key ring inside to attach her toy to so it never falls out and one to the outside above the pocket for her Service Dog tag (yes, she's young but she'll learn and she needs to be exposed to people, places and sounds). The sling feels nice when on and with her in it, no sliding around on my shoulders or anything, even if she's wiggling. It seems well made, and the fabric is nice. I like it so much better than my original sling for her that I've already ordered a second. Will be wish listing this product to buy again in the future when I decide I want a new color/design.So although we just got it today, Princess Lilith approves. We've already been all over the house with it, and she seemed to enjoy every second of it. She even took a nice long nap in it rather than crawling out and up onto my chest like she did with the other one.
I received this today, and love it already. Soft, cozy material. Wide, adjustable straps make my 8lb pup so much easier to carry than a regular tote bag, or even some more expensive bags with thinner straps.I only wish the main zipper had a flap to protect the pup’s hair from getting caught. Hasn’t been an issue, but other bags have it, and it would be useful.I was choosing between this and the similar Tomkas bag. This was advertised as holding up to 12 lbs (vs 10 lbs), so I chose it. They both look good, but I’ve only seen this one in person.
My morkie is 3 pounds so this will work for her now, and since she is so small then hey it will be useful for the time being. Bit there is no support inside. It is basically a sling bag and after receiving it, I realized it is a lot like the purses I make… Bohemia style, with zero support in the bottom. Again, she is tiny, and sinceI do not plento use it for anything lobster I think this will rock for short outings (the vet, groomers or maybe keeping her off the floor when washing the floors).
We’ve had our cats for two months, at first they didn’t like this but once they settled into our house they come over and meow until I pick them up and put them in. They like to watch birds of TikTok.
Got it for my rescue kitten who’s afraid to go outside. I travel often so I walk it in the harness a few min outside to get used to being out. It’s Easy to wear and keeps her secure.
This carrier is the perfect size for my dog (a 10 lb Yorkie mix) who loves it already! He thinks he’s part kangaroo so the pouch style is exactly what I was looking for - play it’s a comfortable for ME to wear. It has an almost sweater feel with nice stretch on the outside and a windbreaker type lining (that’s easy to clean) but still supported on the inside - 10/10 recommend for clingy fur babies!
Started out a little rough, he wasn't quite sure what to think. With a little repetition, and no forcing him, he has decided he likes it. I think he likes to be able to be up high for a different perspective (he's a Chihuahua, and I'm 5'10"). He now just rests in it. It helps me include him in activities I normally wouldn't. It also seems to be a good solution when he's bored and starts barking at things. I still keep one hand on him for safety.I think it's a little bulky, not exactly the fashion statement I want to make. But the dog likes it and it works for us, so I use it.I have caught him lying in it if I leave it on the couch. So recently I tried using it like a portable bed. I took him to a restaurant with a patio and brought the sling. He used it like a little bed while we ate. It was surprisingly helpful!
My baby chihuahua is way too small for it. She sinks in (no support at bottom) my dog is 1/2 a pound 6 wks old and tries to see over the edge. It's not a flattering yellow. It's an embarrassing yellow. I'll probably only use this at home. This is the first time she's fallen asleep in it. Overall not a terrible product but it feels cheap.
I really love this sling. I have a Toy Poodle puppy and it is perfect to take him outside while he awaits his 4 month shots. I do wish the sling had a little more storage space but overall for quick walks it does the trick.
I like how soft it is. My puppy relaxes as soon as he slides into it. He often pokes his head out to watch the scenery and sometimes burrows his head down as if to hide away from the world. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on how cute he looks while riding in this sling. I use the front pocket to carry a puppy sized leash which fits well.

However, I ultimately chose the Cuby for one standout feature - the protective mesh net! This feature keeps pets secure inside the carrier and prevents them from jumping or tipping out! Make sure to look for the “SENIOR” model.Other pros:- I’m 5ft and this fits comfortable on my petite frame when adjusted to its smallest strap length.- Perfect size for small pets under 5lbs. My pup is a maltipom who weighs less than 2lbs, and she’s able to sit up and look out over the rim of the bag.- Roomy front pocket for cellphone, ID, and small snacks.- Comes in variety of colours and features depending on model selected.- Soft breathable fabric that feels durable.- Has a supportive base that gives the bag structure but can also be removed.Cons:- Material is a bit heavy and feels hot outside in the sun. A durable synthetic material - like hiking backpack nylon - would be more lightweight and cooler.- Isn’t water resistant or waterproof
My 16 lb rescue dog has anxiety and behavioral issues. Meds are helping a lot, but not 100%. We try not to coddle him, which can reinforce his behaviors, but sometimes I can tell he just needs to be held and I have other things to do. So I bought this sling to be able to hold him and have my hands free. It’s been a lifesaver for both of us! I can work and hold him now. When I pick it up, he walks over and sits at my feet ready to be put in it. He curls up and just sleeps for hours!Review on actual carrier durability & stuff - I wish the sides came up a bit higher to wrap him a little more securely because the snaps won’t stay connected due to his size. However, the wrap does seem secure for a dog that is comfortable in it and not likely to flop out. The thick band fits comfortably around my neck and it’s overall a thick, sturdy built sling.
My husband and I just got a four month old Shih Tzu and he loves to be held. We did some research and after some reviews, we decided that this would be the best fit for us. Our puppy loves this so much every time we go outside he actually asked to be put in his swaddle. I will be getting more colors of these as we use this daily. Cannot recommend this enough for a small dog.
My dog is attached to me and I sometimes feel bad with all the walking she has to do to keep up. This was a great buy! She’s very comfy and content hanging out in here and being with me. I only wish it was adjustable so I would raise it a little higher!
We have a very needy cat that loves to be held and get attention. My partner works from home and would often have our cat jump on the desk and appear in meetings yowling like crazy for pets. This thing has helped a lot! Only complaint is that the strap is not adjustable. Otherwise, very comfortable.
I have always been a large dog person... and never thought I would be the type to take my dog everywhere in a bag. I am no Paris Hilton type. Well, we fell in love with Stella the moment we saw her. She is a perfect little Shibadoodle and was about 5lbs when we got her. Of course we take her everywhere (to the disdain of my 70lb Catahoula who would NOT fit in this pouch)Stella is now 10lbs and still rides comfortably in the pouch. It has a leash that connects from the strap to the dog harness to keep her from getting out and there are snaps on the top to cover her if it is chilly out. This was a great purchase. It is comfortable and durable. My only negative is that it isnt adjustable.
Thanks to the reviews, I took the leap and bought this. I have a 5 lb teacup Yorkie in her elder years (she will be 12 years old come July) and although very healthy, I was worried maybe her little body wouldn't feel comfortable in this. Well, let me tell you I couldn't have been more wrong! She loves it! Sometimes I'll put her in it just to do light household chores like washing dishes or filling up her water bowl. She's never attempted once to jump out of it. Sitting my mother-in-law's elderly dog out that is blind, deaf and has dementia in this was perfect for also. I think it really helps them to feel safe! It's a shame that I hadn't got it sooner so I recommend anybody that is looking at this to buy it. There are buttons that you can make it tighter in case you feel that your pet will jump out. It's almost like a little baby sling but one for pets our for babies!
My dog absolutely loves this. She and my husband are inseperable! She is a 16 year old chihuahua and she adores her dad so much, she cries when he isn't holding her. Now thats kind of hard if your making dinner or trying to eat it. Or if your at your laptop trying to do work...LOL. Being he is a bigger guy, it would be nice if the strap somehow adjusted....
My 9 month old Maine Coon always wants to be in my arms so I gave this a try. His very 1st time and he loved it. He's about 15 lbs but it seems he will still have room to grow and still fit in it.
Omg! This sling is amazing! So comfortable. We did trick or treating and a turkey trot with my 3 pound weenie dog❤️. I did put a small blanket in with her so she could see, but she loves it and I love it. Wish I had this for my other weenie dog before she passed. Buy it now! You want to!
I love how soft and cozy this sling is, but it’s not very sturdy. My puppy is only 5 lbs and I feel like I need to hold up the bottom. Also, it doesn’t adjust which I wish it would to make it a tighter fit as I carry her.
My cat enjoys sitting in my lap while I work but over time I needed a way to not have to keep my legs together all the time and worry about dropping him to the floor as I shifted my legs around. This product works very well. He loves sleeping in it and it has solved my problem. Although he is a pretty big kitty, he does fit nicely into the pouch. The fabric is soft and nice on the neck. I only have a couple of minor issues (one isn't necessarily the product).I do wish the strap was adjustable. If you have a bit of girth to your body like I do the strap is pretty short and wearing it feels "tight".Since my cat is big, his weight does strain the neck over time.
When our beloved dog passed away, her buddy our 17-yo cat started following me around crying to be picked up and held. There were so many times that I needed two free hands but wanted to comfort her (and her comfort me) that I wondered if there was a baby sling that would work. I was glad to find one made especially for a cat. It keeps her warm and close to me. She seems to enjoy seeing things from a new perspective.
Very soft, easy to wash and dry, only complaint is that the strap isn’t adjustable- Ive tied it in a knot to shorten it (it was too low and loose otherwise) which can dig at my neck/back but not a big deal. My girl is content in there, she can be clingy and it allows me to be hands free while safely supporting her. I even was able to safely “hang” her up for a few minutes while tending to a urgent issue at home to fix a leak! I’ve tried the kind of carrier where you wear your dog on your chest and their legs hang out- she HATED it and it was uncomfortable. I line it with a pee pad since she struggles with incontinence when sleeping deeply!
My little guy is getting older and can’t see well. He also gets tired quickly. This is perfect for when he doesn’t want to walk anymore on a stroll. I brought him into the store and he was just chilling in his hammock. It’s made of like a sweatshirt material and has a snap to hold him in. Seems pretty comfy. I like it.
My cat is an affectionate 16 pound boy. He likes to be near me or on me at all times. This is rarely convenient. I was hoping he would take to the sling but he doesn't like being in it (he uses it as a bed, which is fine). I did end up getting him in it once and there was a bit of fabric tear where the straps connect to the body so I'm not sure I'd trust it to hold him on its own. He fit snugly in it for the five minutes I was able to convince him to stay.
I bought this because my kitten likes to ride around in my shirt. He's very intrested in everything I do and just wants to watch. I absolutely love how soft it is and how comfortable it is. My only issue is I am 5'7 and where the bag goes is just at my thighs. So when I am walking it's swinging and smacking him about. He doesn't like that very much lol neither do I. Would be great it was adjustable.
Our fur baby weighs 12 lbs and loves his walks but gets tired quickly. Now he rides in style when he gets tired. It’s takes a little adjusting to get it just right for your comfort but it’s a great way to keep your pet close and once you get the strap adjusted it super comfortable for everyone. Definitely a great purchase.
I just brought home my 9 week old mini Aussie. The time period to wait for them to get their shots is so challenging! I can’t bring him to the park or anything yet, so with this carrier I can take him with me and not have him touch the floor! He’s like my little baby!!I ordered two, the light grey and the taupe color. I ended up returning the light grey because the taupe was SO much better for me. I’m about 5’4”, and the adjustable strap is crucial. The light grey hung way too low on me and was not comfortable. The taupe is also a tad more thick which I think is better, less flimsy.I don’t want my pup to ever outgrow this, haha! I’ll be carrying him around in here when he’s 20 pounds if I’m able!
I recommend this sling to all of my friends, and have had several strangers ask me where I got this sling. It's comfortable to wear, deep enough for my pup to be comfy for extended periods of time, and is easily adjustable. We use this sling at least a couple times a week for our dachshund. Plenty of room to put a baby blanket in with him in the winter too!
My puppy never wants to be alone so my son wanted a carrier to take him into stores with him. This sling is perfect, our puppy loves it and stays put while we shop. Our puppy is 13 lbs and he fits great.
My Italian greyhound puppy loves to be as close to me as possible. He also sleeps all the time. This sling is perfect. I’ve taken him almost everywhere in this, and because no one can see him when he’s asleep in it, they just assume I’m carrying a baby and don’t say anything. He’s also able to peek his head out when he wants to. I usually wrap him in his blanket like a burrito and put him in the sling. He loves it!
